Software

I am one of the author and current maintainers of the Modular toolkit for Data Processing (MDP) [2]: a Python data processing framework.

Teaching

I taught some computational neuroscience modules in the past [3], but recently I've been teaching Software Carpentry [4] for scientists. I am one of the organizers of the G-Node schools in scientific computing:
